TIFF Archiving and Production Bundle
For production and sustainable archiving, ZyLAB provides tremendous flexibility to meet a variety of requirements. The TIFF archiving and Production Bundle can not only produce TIFF files but also converts batches of electronic files into TIFF either for litigation support or for endurable archiving purposes. Litigation support users in an electronic discovery process can define the Production Format and select from TIFF productions and native document productions. Documents can be branded in a variety of using fields from within the database, user-created text, or the Bates number.
The TIFF Archiving and Production Bundle helps:
- To ensure a uniform, sustainable, and stable document archive, this bundle prints documents into a TIFF format. The documents can be printed via a third party application (Word, Excel etc) In addition; you can select the archive to which the file should be printed, which enables the metadata that are part of the archive to be added to the TIFF file as well. The converted documents will be automatically processed (imported and OCRed) and stored in the selected archive.
- A legal TIFF production option, often used during the e-discovery process, enables you to batch print documents to TIFF. Together with the TIFF files a load file will be created that contains all metadata from the produced files. The load files can be imported with third-party review software products so the ZyLAB files and metadata can be reused. The created load files are compliant with, for instance, EDRM XML, DII and Concordance. There is also the possibility to create a separate metadata file for each file that is produced to TIFF.
- Batch conversion from electronic files to TIFF. Additional metadata can be added during the conversion. After the batch process, the archive is in a fully uniform, sustainable and endurable format.
- TIFF-on-the-fly allows users to redact any file and take it straight to a TIFF production without leaving the ZyLAB environment.>
